Upashna has extensive experience in all residential and commercial property matters including assisting clients with their due diligence, financing, conveyancing, occupation right agreements, leases and subdivisions.
She also practices in the areas of trust and estates including trust establishment and administration, trust wind up, preparation of enduring powers of attorney, wills and estate administration.

Upashna holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
