Initial Consultation:

We offer a non-obligation  initial consultation to discuss your legal needs and explore how we can assist you.

Fee Structure:

Our fees are based on a number of factors, including the time spent on your matter, the complexity of the legal issues involved, the urgency of the matter, and the experience of the lawyer providing the service. We offer several fee arrangements, including:

• Hourly rates: This is the most common fee arrangement, where you are charged for the time spent working on your matter. Our hourly rates vary depending on the experience of the lawyer involved.

• Fixed fees: For certain types of matters, we may be able to offer a fixed fee. This means you will know the total cost of our services upfront.

Disbursements:

In addition to our fees, you will be responsible for any disbursements incurred in connection with your matter. Disbursements are expenses we incur on your behalf, such as Land Information New Zealand searching and registration fees, court filing fees, expert witness fees, and travel expenses.

Estimates:

We are happy to provide you with an estimate of the likely costs involved in your matter. However, please note that estimates are not fixed quotes and the actual costs may vary depending on the circumstances.

Communication:

We believe in open and transparent communication with our clients. We will keep you informed of the costs involved in your matter throughout the process and will discuss any significant changes to the estimated costs with you.
