Bryce’s clients include both private client and commercial property investors and developers, Lessors, Lessees, child care operators, wine companies, U.S., Chinese and Korean property investors, receivers, family and trading trusts.
Experience
Bryce’s experience includes negotiating leases for New Zealand wide retail roll out, residential and commercial property developments, documenting complex residential subdivisions, advising Crown entities on problematic property issues, converting office buildings into unit title subdivisions, the sale of interests in a casino, and resolving property issues for complex family/trust owners.
