Nicky acts for first-time buyers through to small and medium business owners and property developers, advising on the acquisition, financing and disposal of property, leasing, subdivisions, and other property-related matters.
In addition, Nicky assists her clients with asset planning including forming trusts, preparing wills, enduring powers of attorney and other succession planning arrangements to ensure their assets are protected.
