Joseph’s experience in property law ranges from working with domestic and international clients on acquisitions, divestments, commercial leasing, and multi-stage residential and commercial property developments.
In addition, Joseph is well-versed in a broad range of commercial transactions acting on and advising SMEs and MNCs on business acquisitions and divestments, corporate structuring, and financing arrangements for business industries across various sectors, including F&B, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and professional services.
